Description
Geyser Arka (Arch) was described and named during the American expedition GOSA (The Geyser Observation and Study Association) in September 1991 (Bryan, 1991). This geyser is located on the thermal slope about 12 m high named Arch Wall, which is located on the right bank of the Geysernaya River, a little upstream of the Pink Cone geyser. This geyser was distinguished by the unusual shape of its edifice. Over many years, the flowing down thermal water formed on the slope a track several meters long composed by geyserite. Over time, a natural arch up to 50 cm high and about 1.5 m long was formed on the place of this track. Every 5 minutes, a stream appeared on the upper part of the geyserite arch - this was an eruption. Eruptions of the Arch have also been described in the form of splashes up to 30 cm high (Bryan, 1991). It was buried by 2014  mudflow  (Leonov, 2017).
