Description
A small geyser Nedostupny (Inaccessible) was located on the right bank of the Geysernaya River, 50 m upstream from the place where the Vodopadny Creek flows into it, at a height of 10 m above the water's edge. This geyser was first described by N.G. Sugrobova in 1976. "The height of the fountain of this geyser reaches 1 m. Fountaining lasts 40 seconds, erupting with boiling for 90 seconds, a break in the eruption of 13-16 minutes. The average cycle of its activity is about 14 minutes" (Sugrobov et al., 2009). In 2007, the geyser was flooded, and in 2014 it was covered with mudflow deposits.
