Geyser Paryashy (Steaming) is located on a small pebble terrace on the left side of the Geysernaya River, 50 m from the Velikan Geyser. Its activity is accompanied by clouds of steam that are noticeable from afar. The first mention of the pulsating spring Paryashy was in 1962 (Vinogradov, 1964). In 1973, Paryashy began to work as a geyser (Sugrobova, 1982) with a frequency of 30 hours or more. Due to the long duration of the dormant period, some researchers (Droznin V.A., Kiryukhin A.V.) raised the question about absence of its activity. Until the 2014 mudflow, its channel was located among coarse-grained deposits of a small landslide that came down a long time ago from the Yellow Rocks gorge. Paryashy has no geyserite edifice and geyserite deposits. The channel of Paryashy has a diameter of 30 cm and a depth of 0.5 m. In 2022-2024, a Reconix camera was installed on the Paryashy geyser for the first time, which continuously filmed the geyser for 10 days, and a thermologger, which recorded the temperature in the geyser channel for 24 hours. The resulting long-term records of its activity made it possible for the first time to determine the geyser's regime with great accuracy: in 2022-2024, the duration of the eruption was 3-4.5 hours, the period was 8-12 hours. This geyser is quite stable, despite the fact that it is located next to a river and was partially covered by sediments from the 2014 collapse.
