Description
The pulsating spring Sakharny (Sugary) was located next to the Troynoy (Tripple) geyser, but on the right side of the Vodopadny stream. Its channel (2 m across and 1,5 deep) was surrounded by large blocks covered with pale pink geyserite deposits. The geyser was first described and named by T. I. Ustinova (1946): "Sakharny acts very intensively, but incorrectly. In most cases, the duration of its activity cycle was 3 minutes". It was buried by a landslide in 2007 (Leonov, 2017).
