Description
This small geyser was located on the right bank of the Vodopadny creek below the Bolshoy Vodopad. The geyser's griffin was a crack 0.5 x 1 m in size, and small area around it was covered with geyserite. Description of the eruption in 1960: "The eruption occurs in frequent pulses. Water is thrown out in all directions to a height of up to 1.5 m. The eruption continues with this force for 3 minutes. After the eruption, a loud roar is heard from the griffin, and steam is released in powerful shocks." (Raik, 1963). This geyser, like the waterfall itself, was completely covered by the 2007 landslide. The thickness of the deposits reaches here its maximum - 70 m (Dvigalo, Melekestsev, 2009).  PS. In the photographs of the waterfall, 2 fountains are often visible at once. The 2nd fountain is located right at the foot of the waterfall, and it has a narrow, almost horizontal stream, this is the boiling Shilo spring.
