Description
A dwarf geyser Zmeika (Snake) was located on the Arch Wall - a thermal slope about 12 m high on the right side of the Geysernaya River, opposite the Pink Cone geyser. It was described by Sugrobov et al. (2009). During its eruption, a stream appeared and disappeared on the slope, flowing along a winding channel in siliceous deposits, so the geyser was called Zmeyka. The eruption lasted 10-20 seconds with a period of 4-6 minutes. Covered by a mudflow in 2014.
