The central cone of Peak Nemo volcano rises somewhat eccentrically relative to the Nemo caldera with a diameter of 8-9 km, overlapping its southern edge. Nemo Peak is a regular truncated cone with a diameter of about 5 km. The fairly flat slopes of the volcano are covered with numerous flows of lavas, sometimes covered with ash and slag from the surface. In the southwestern part of the cone, at an altitude of 750-800 m, a ridge of the ridge of the old crater is noted, the diameter of which apparently reached 800-900 m. This crater is completely filled with an inner cone, the crater of which (diameter 350 m), in turn, is sealed by a small extrusive dome with a height of about 100 m. On the surface of the ledge there is an explosive funnel with a diameter of 40 m and a depth of 30 m - a point of intense modern solfatar activity. The regular appearance of the central cone is broken only in the north-west, where the remains of another structure appear, which are streamlined by the young lava flows of Peak Nemo. Apparently, it was an eccentric young cone, destroyed by a large explosion. Nemo Peak is composed of andesite-basaltic and andesitic rocks.
